With a free 20-minute call. If it's a fit, I send a scoped proposal; if it isn't, I'll point you toward a better option.

Do you work fixed-price or hourly?

Published and fixed. Reviews are a flat $1,500; builds start at $12,000, scoped per project; fractional is from $4,000 a month for about two days a week. Every engagement is quoted in a free 48-hour proposal before you commit.

Can you work with my existing team and stack?

Yes. Most of my work is alongside an in-house team, in their codebase and on their cloud. I adapt to your stack, not the other way around.

Happily. Most of my client work is under NDA; the case studies on this site are anonymized with permission.
