Is your system actually production-ready?

Eight honest questions across the things that bite in production — reliability, observability, security, cost, scale, AI readiness and deploys. Get a score, a per-dimension breakdown, and the two or three fixes worth doing first. Takes about two minutes.

Question 1 / 80%
When production breaks at 2am, what happens?

How the score is built

Each answer carries weighted points from "we'd find out live" up to a mature, tested setup. We sum them and express your score as a percentage of the maximum — then map that to a band. Every dimension carries equal weight, so one strong area can't paper over a weak one.

It's a fast self-assessment, not an audit. It surfaces where the risk concentrates so you know what to look at first — which is exactly where a real audit would start digging.

0–44%At riskReal gaps to production-grade — the kind that surface as outages or surprise bills.
45–77%Getting thereSolid foundations; the risk now lives in the edges you haven't tested.
78–100%Production-readyMature and well-instrumented — the work is sharpening the long tail.
